Dividends

Dividends are paid from profits accounted for in annual consolidated statements. In accordance with the Articles of Association, the Board of Directors is entitled to make decisions regarding paying interim dividends.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the June 22, 2007, General Meeting of Shareholders of OGK-1, dividends for 1Q07 shall be paid on the basis of the shareholder register as of May 8, 2007, in the amount of RUR 0.014336 per ordinary share in cash within 60 days of the date of the resolution on dividend payment.
