Board of Directors

The OGK-1 Board of Directors is a management body for general management of the Company’s activity. The BoD supervises the implementation of resolutions adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and the observation of rights and legal interests of the Company’s shareholders in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation. The procedure for the Board of Directors activity and meetings is based on the Regulations for Convening and Holding OGK-1 Board of Directors Meetings, Articles of Association of OGK-1, Federal Law «On Joint-Stock Companies» and other regulations of the Russian Federation.
