Senior Expert, Internal Audit
We are looking for a Senior Expert to join Internal Audit Department of one of our Group companies. The company provides engineering and maintenance services for Russian power industry, delivers turnkey development projects, and repairs, overhauls, upgrades and reconstructs various facilities in power sector.
Profile: audit of financial estimates for power industry facility development and repair. Previous experience with audit is not critical.
Responsibilities:
- Performing and documenting audits
- Analyzing estimates; verifying and analyzing basic accounting documents including KS-2, KS-3, Invoices, TORG-12, TTN
- Analyzing processes around participation in purchasing activities and tender documentation, including estimates
- Analyzing cost-effectiveness of new agreements and suitability of tender participation
- Analyzing construction costs and cost of new facilities per unit of produced energy
- Analyzing and designing methods to increase efficiency of controls in corporate business processes; evaluation of applicable standards, regulations and methodologies approved and used in the company
- Preparing written statements and recommendations
- Up to 40% travel in Russia may be required
Requirements:
- College degree (ideally, in economics or energy)
- At least 5 years of practical experience with estimate preparation and analysis for large industrial enterprises (such as in power industry)
- Knowledge of energy sector and budgeting/estimates process for maintenance, repairs and construction in energy sector (detailed knowledge of power generating units, boilers and turbines)
- Excellent communication skills, desire for professional development, good learning skills, analytical mindset and excellent teamwork

Senior Expert, Internal Audit
We are looking for several Senior Experts to join Internal Audit Department of one of our Group companies. The company provides engineering and maintenance services for Russian power industry, delivers turnkey development projects, and repairs, overhauls, upgrades and reconstructs various facilities in power sector.
Profile: financial (economical) audit of power station, heat distribution line and generating unit construction and repairs; rate policies; and sales of energy and power. Previous experience with audit is not critical.
Responsibilities:
- Performing and documenting audits.
- Verifying compliance of corporate, branch and business unit financial and commercial operations with applicable corporate regulations in order to protect corporate assets.
- Analyzing corporate purchasing, investing and production activities through application of financial and economic measurements
- Suggesting steps to address violations and shortcomings identified during audit and monitoring, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency of corporate governance
- Analyzing and designing methods to increase efficiency of controls in corporate business processes; evaluation of applicable standards, regulations and methodologies approved and used in the company
- Preparing written statements and recommendations
- Up to 40% travel in Russia may be required
Requirements:
- College degree (ideally, in economics or energy)
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the area of finance or economics with a large industrial enterprise (such as in power industry)
- Knowledge of energy sector with concentration in audit of maintenance, repairs and construction in energy sector, including rates, sales, consumer connections, heat generation, etc.
- Previous experience as an economist in power industry and knowledge of areas indicated above
